This role blends engineering, product understanding, implementation, client-facing communication, and customer workflow discovery.
You will help identify where AI can create value, build prototypes, integrate systems, deploy workflows, collect feedback, and bring product learnings back into Aiotrix and ART.
Responsibilities:
Work with internal teams or customers to understand workflows, constraints, data sources, tools, and operational pain points.
Lead technical discovery conversations, gather stakeholder requirements, and translate customer needs into implementation plans.
Build AI prototypes, automations, assistants, RAG workflows, integrations, and product extensions for real use cases.
Connect AI systems with APIs, documents, databases, dashboards, CRMs, communication tools, and business platforms.
Deploy and support AI workflows in real environments while monitoring reliability, quality, and user feedback.
Translate field learnings into reusable product features, templates, implementation patterns, and documentation.
Collaborate with product, backend, AI, and design teams to improve Aiotrix and ART capabilities.
Communicate technical trade-offs, implementation plans, risks, and outcomes clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Strong software engineering fundamentals with Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, APIs, databases, and cloud-based systems.
Hands-on experience or strong exposure to LLM APIs, RAG, AI assistants, workflow automation, or AI integrations.
Comfort working directly with users, customers, founders, product teams, or operational stakeholders.
Experience with client-facing communication, stakeholder requirement gathering, workshops, demos, or implementation support.
